2.1 Product Availability: All book orders are subject to availability. We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but in the event that a book you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
2.2 Pricing and Payment: The prices of our books are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. In case of price changes, the difference must be paid before the books can be sent out. In that case, if the customer requests it, the order may also be cancelled. All payments must be made in the currency specified on our website. Payment methods accepted may include credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize TextShala or its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable amount.
2.3 Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A mail will be sent when the order is received. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order but does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of the order. An email with the order confirmation will be delivered following confirmation in 48 hours. Please note that the processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. TextShala reserves the right to accept or reject an order in its sole discretion.
Shipping and Delivery:
3.1 Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship the ordered books to the address provided during checkout within the estimated delivery timeframe, however, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events. During the checkout process, shipping charges and alternatives will be shown.

Returns and Refunds:

6.3 Textshala won’t be held accountable for the content of the book sold by TextShala.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of ICA (Indian Council of Arbitration). Each party shall bear its own costs related to the arbitration.
