Return & Refund Policy:

At TextShala, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our educational books. Please note that we are not liable for any refund unless the books delivered to you are damaged in any way. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:

1.1. Condition of Books: To be eligible for a return, the book(s) must be in new and unused condition, free from any marks, damage, or signs of wear and tear. It should be in its original packaging, including any accompanying materials, such as CDs or study guides.

1.2. Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery, as per the guidelines provided by TextShala.

Return Process:

2.1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the specified timeframe. Provide your order details, including the book(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the book(s).

2.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the book(s). Please include the RAN on the return package.

When you decide to return a product, we will take care of the process of booking the shipping for the return. However, when processing the refund for your returned item, we will deduct the cost of the shipping from the total refund amount.

Refund Process:

3.1. Inspection: Once the returned book(s) are received, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the stated conditions.

3.2. Refund Approval: If the returned book(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.3. Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. The refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling charges.

3.4. Refund Timeframe: Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
